In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To open and maintain a cgk33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. cgk33 strictly enforces this age requirement. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Members.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of cgk33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of any deposit, withdrawal, or wager.
• You must not hold an existing cgk33 account. Only one account per person, household address, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by cgk33 or any other licensed gambling operator to which cgk33 has agreed to give effect.

When registering a cgk33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without notice.

3.1 Registration Information. You will be asked to supply a username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a preferred payment method. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed truthfully.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cgk33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another Member's account. cgk33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. cgk33 operates a Know Your Customer programme in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at cgk33's discretion:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your cgk33 account)

3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to register only one cgk33 account. Duplicate accounts detected by cgk33's systems will be suspended, and any balances associated with secondary accounts — including winnings — may be voided without prior notice.

3.5 Account Updates. You must promptly notify cgk33 of any change to your registered contact details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support. cgk33 accepts no liability for communications sent to an outdated address on file.

All financial transactions on the cgk33 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cgk33 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which cgk33 accepts no liability.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cgk33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your cgk33 wallet within 1–5 minutes of a confirmed transaction. Delays caused by banking system maintenance windows or Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and the Ramadhan period) are outside cgk33's control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts start from Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the cgk33 member cashier at the time of each transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on Indonesian banking business days are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays will be queued for processing on the next available banking business day. cgk33 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Funds Ownership. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a security review of your cgk33 account.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cgk33 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts where a wallet balance exists. Members will receive advance notice via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

cgk33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is communicated to Members.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the relevant promotion's specific terms. As a general guide, sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%, live casino tables 10–20%, and slot games 100% unless otherwise specified.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless cgk33 expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud: cgk33 reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system in any way, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Modification and Withdrawal: cgk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to Member accounts will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. For football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — bets are settled based on the official result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time plus injury time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., tournament outright markets). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single losing leg voids the entire accumulator. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with cgk33's published Asian handicap rules.

6.2 Live Casino. All live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show titles — are governed by the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, cgk33's system will record the last valid state of your bet and settle accordingly.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot titles and other Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on cgk33 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available on request.

6.4 Manifest Errors. cgk33 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game settings — including incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. Voided bets will be refunded to the Member's wallet balance.

6.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and daily payout limits apply across all product categories. Current limits are available in the cgk33 member portal. cgk33 reserves the right to reduce the payout of any winning bet to the applicable maximum payout limit.

All content on the cgk33 platform — including but not limited to the cgk33 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and game content provided under licence from third-party studios — is the exclusive property of cgk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cgk33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without cgk33's prior written consent.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cgk33, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

9.2 cgk33's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct damages arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 cgk33 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows will be communicated to Members where reasonably practicable.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cgk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cgk33 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a cgk33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cgk33 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure; Members use the platform at their own risk and are responsible for securing their own devices and login credentials.

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your cgk33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining wallet balance. cgk33 will process the withdrawal in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by cgk33. cgk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• cgk33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion involving your account.
• You have been found to be using automated software, bots, or other prohibited technical aids to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• cgk33 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, cgk33 may void all pending bets and outstanding bonus balances. Any wallet balance consisting of verified real-money funds — net of any amounts subject to active fraud or dispute investigations — will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable time period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cgk33 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall first be submitted to cgk33's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute is not resolved through cgk33's internal process within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by cgk33's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

cgk33 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of cgk33's licensed operating territory. Members who access the platform from outside cgk33's licensed territory do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
